Refund policy
If you are a consumer purchasing our product, you have the right to cancel your contract with us and receive a refund.
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have a 30-day period, starting from the day you receive your OohBox, during which time you must decide whether you wish to keep or return it. The customer will pay the return shipping fee unless the product has arrived damaged. We will not charge any restocking fee on any returns & there are no final sale items provided in this shop.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all products unused, showing no signs of any damage and everything in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned goods do not fully meet this standard.
To start a return, contact us at hello@ooh-box.co.uk and we’ll guide you through. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once you have met all of the above conditions and your contract is cancelled in its entirety, we will arrange to send your refund within 7 days from the day we receive your OohBox back from you. Your refund will cover any delivery charges you paid.*

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Any items which have been opened/used will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
Due to the varying prices in our range of OohBox gift boxes, we are unable to offer exchanges unless you are replacing an OohBox which you received damaged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
