We're into the summer break and it's less than two weeks to A Level results day!

We're all into our PMA here at Ooh so we're going to bet that everyone gets the results they need to get to the university of their choice.

Now of course it's exciting, a new chapter, all grown up and ready to take the world by storm, but woah, slow down, let's get practical!

As much as living away from home is an adventure, it's important to cover all bases and make the transition run as smoothly as possible for both the brainbox and mum and dad.

So, what will they need to take?

It’s tempting to pack up the car with all the home comforts but remember the campus visit?  Those rooms aren’t that big. So don't sweat the big stuff!

No need for toasters, microwaves and kettles, the chances are they'll be provided and will be PAT tested . There’s no need for 4 toasters and kettles after all!

We've done a bit of research so you don't have to!
